La quarta edizione di Teatro del Gusto, il 22 e 23 novembre 2025, è un viaggio sensoriale e culturale nel cuore della Sanità.

Nella Casa dei Vergini prende vita un progetto che celebra artigianato, biodiversità e pensiero critico.

Non una fiera, ma uno spazio di ascolto e confronto. Chi partecipa, entra in una rete viva: un’alleanza tra chi produce, racconta e immagina il cibo e il vino di domani.

La nuova location

Teatro del Gusto 2025 si svolge alla Casa dei Vergini, gioiello barocco progettato da Luigi Vanvitelli nel 1707 nel cuore della Sanità. Spazio sacro e civile, oggi è un polo vivo di accoglienza, arte e rigenerazione urbana.

Per la prima volta aperto al teatro, diventa scena e comunità. Grazie ai Padri Vincenziani, a Getta la Rete, a Rosa e Luigi Carbone per aver reso possibile tutto questo.

L’edizione 2024 si è tenuta dal 4 al 6 maggio a FOQUS, Napoli. Tre giorni di incontri, performance, degustazioni e dibattiti per cambiare il modo di raccontare cibo e vino. Tra i protagonisti: Barraco, Castagno, Avallone, Sorba, Tartuferi. Oltre 90 banchi, 500 etichette e un filo comune: fare cultura partendo dalla materia viva.
